  • Understand that all sales are final due to the customized nature of the products.

3. Products & Customization

All items sold on FansWear.store are custom embroidered per order based on the selected design, garment type, color, and size.
Due to the handmade nature of embroidery:

  • Small variations in placement, color tone, or stitch detail may occur and are considered normal.

  • Product images are for illustrative purposes; final items may differ slightly.

4. Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Orders are processed upon full payment confirmation.

  • Production times vary but typically range between 3–7 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with your order details and tracking information once shipped.

5. Shipping

We ship worldwide via reputable carriers.
Delivery time and costs depend on your location and shipping method chosen at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier issues

  • Customs clearance

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalized, custom-made nature of our products:

  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any reason including wrong size, change of mind, or perceived product expectations.

  • Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

If your item arrives damaged or with a clear manufacturing defect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we will evaluate the issue.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, graphics, and content on FansWear.store are either:

  • Owned by us,

  • Licensed to us, or

  • Used under valid sublicensing agreements.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any part of our website content or product designs without our prior written permission.

Use of any sublicensed content is subject to the terms and conditions of the original license provider, and any misuse may result in legal action by the rights holder.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FansWear Store shall not be liable for:
